Privacy policy

• Account data: email address, and optionally your name, phone and messaging handle.
• Order data: items, totals, discount codes, and your order notes.
• Payment proof: the transfer reference and screenshot you upload, kept in private storage that only you and our staff can open.
• Delivery records: the access details issued to you for your order.

We never see or store your wallet PIN, bank login or card numbers.

Only to verify payments, deliver your order, provide support, and meet bookkeeping obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your own records are visible to you when signed in, and to Premium for Burma staff who process orders. Data is stored with our hosting and database provider and our email delivery provider, who process it on our behalf.

Order and payment records are kept for 24 months. Payment screenshots are deleted 6 months after an order is completed. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; records we must keep for accounting are retained in minimal form.

You can view and correct your details on the account page, request a copy of your data, or request deletion by emailing support@premiumforburma.com.

We use only what the site needs to work: a sign-in session and your cart and language preference stored in your browser. No third-party tracking cookies.
